General Provisions and Applicability

These terms and conditions govern all services on the mcw platform. If you open an account on mcw or use any part of the platform, these terms automatically apply to you. In this document, "platform", "site" or "service" refers to both the mcw website and mobile application.

mcw reserves the right to change these terms at any time. If you continue using the platform after changes take effect, you are automatically considered to have accepted the revised terms. It is therefore important to review this page regularly.

Account Registration and Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

Members must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use mcw services. It is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21 to open an account or participate in games. If information provided during registration is found to be incorrect, the account may be closed.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, they will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household open separate accounts, each account must have a different mobile number and payment method.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided in the registration form must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information or opening an account using another person's identity is strictly prohibited. mcw may request documents for identity verification at any time.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You should not share your password with anyone, and if you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, contact the support centre immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on mcw is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Once a deposit is processed, the balance is added to your account.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

A minimum balance of ৳800 is required to make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Withdrawals will only be approved to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Identity Verification

For security purposes, mcw may verify your account before processing a withdrawal. If a national ID or other documents are requested, they must be provided promptly. Incomplete or mismatched information may delay the withdrawal.

3.4 Fraud and Suspicious Transactions

If fraudulent or unusual transactions are detected on an account, mcw may temporarily suspend that account and conduct an investigation. The account's outcome will be decided based on the results of the investigation.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement on this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000. Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.

4.2 Other Promotions

The mcw platform offers various promotions including weekly reload bonuses, slot festival bonuses, Cricket Josh offers, birthday rewards and refer-a-friend gifts. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and eligibility criteria. While one bonus is active, another bonus of the same category cannot be claimed.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If an account is used to exploit bonus benefits unfairly or any coordinated betting strategy is applied, mcw may cancel that bonus and suspend the account. Bonuses are provided for genuine gaming activity only.

4.4 Difference Between Free Funds and Bonuses

A bonus is not free money — it is a benefit that can be used subject to meeting specific wagering requirements. mcw always discloses both the bonus amount and the applicable percentage; no amount is presented as given free of charge.

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Principles

Any bet placed on mcw is considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, except where the platform's designated cashout or bet edit feature applies. The decision on bet acceptance is at mcw's discretion.

5.2 Odds Changes

Odds change rapidly in live betting. If a bet is confirmed at different odds due to network delays, mcw reserves the right to correct the previous odds. Bets incorrectly confirmed due to technical issues in the market may be considered void.

5.3 Match Manipulation Prohibited

Placing bets with the intent to manipulate the outcome of any match, or betting in suspicious patterns, is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the associated account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.

5.4 Technical Issues

If a round is left incomplete during a game due to server disruption, network issues or software errors, mcw will handle that round in accordance with the relevant policy. Stakes may be refunded in the case of a verifiable technical fault.

VIP Program and Cashback Policy

mcw's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier. Cashback rates are: up to 0.3% at Bronze tier, up to 0.5% at Silver tier and up to 0.8% at Gold tier.

Cashback is calculated based on the week's net loss — that is, the cashback rate is applied to the amount remaining after total winnings are deducted from total losses. Example: if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, cashback = ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on consistent activity and overall participation on the platform. Special benefits and priority support are provided to VIP members.

Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 Account Closure at Member's Request

Any member may voluntarily close their account. All valid balances should be withdrawn before closing the account. Even after account closure, personal data may be retained in accordance with applicable law.

7.2 Account Suspension by the Platform

mcw may temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Opening or operating an account with false information
• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name
• Bonus abuse or use of fraudulent betting strategies
• Suspicious financial transactions or attempted money laundering
• Misconduct toward other users or staff of the platform
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or participating in games on a minor's behalf

7.3 Balance During Suspension

While an account is suspended, no transactions, bets or withdrawals will be processed. After the investigation is complete, mcw will inform the member of the final decision regarding their balance.

Personal Data and Privacy

mcw never sells members' personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. However, necessary data may be shared when required by law or at the request of relevant authorities. All data is kept secure using SSL encryption and other security technologies.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Protection

Gaming is a form of entertainment — it should not be treated as a source of income. Do not bet beyond your means, and avoid placing further bets in the hope of recovering lost money.

Limitation of Liability

mcw provides technical services through its platform. mcw's liability for losses caused by technical faults, third-party service disruptions or unforeseen circumstances is limited.

Betting and gaming inherently carry financial risk. mcw does not guarantee winnings, and players participate in games at their own discretion. mcw is not responsible for financial losses from gambling.

If a dispute arises over the outcome of any game or bet market, mcw's decision will be considered final. A formal complaint can be submitted by contacting the support centre.

Entire Agreement and Severability

These terms and conditions form the entire agreement between mcw and the member. Even if any clause is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. mcw reserves the right to update these terms and will endeavour to notify members of significant changes.
